1. Launch Outlook and select New Email on the Home tab to create a new message.
2. Fill out the subject and the body of the email.
3. Click on the FILE tab to access the Backstage area.
4. Press Save As.
5. In the Save As dialogue box, in the Save as type list, select to save the message as Outlook Template (*.
6. Click the Campaigns icon.
7. Click Email templates.
8. Click Create Template.
